ANNELE AZ-7312 (D4MC-5040 equivalent) stainless steel cross roller plunger micro limit switch. SPDT 1NO+1NC, rated 10A 250VAC. IP64 sealed housing, anti-rust stainless steel roller, smooth trigger. For machinery travel limit and automation position control. CE & RoHS certified
TZ AZ-7312 is D4MC compatible enclosed micro limit switch, equipped with stainless steel cross roller plunger actuator for panel mounting. The stainless steel roller is anti-rust and wear-resistant, delivering smooth rolling actuation and stable trigger performance.
The reinforced flame-retardant plastic sealed housing reaches IP64 protection grade, resisting dust and water splash in ordinary workshop environments. Built-in silver alloy SPDT (1NO+1NC) contacts rated up to 10A 250VAC, featuring low contact resistance, stable signal transmission and good arc suppression.
Compact body with M12 threaded plunger, matched with lock nut and washer for easy panel installation. It has small pretravel and large overtravel, high repeat positioning accuracy. Mechanical service life reaches up to 10 million cycles. Operating temperature: -10ºC ~ +80ºC, good anti-vibration and shock resistance.
This switch can directly replace D4MC-5040 / TZ AZ-7312 series. Compliant with IEC 60947-5-1 standard, CE and RoHS approved. OEM customization and bulk supply available.
Applications: Machine tools, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, lifting equipment, textile machines, automatic doors and industrial automation travel limit protection.
