ANNELE AZ-7120 (D4MC-1000 type) sealed micro travel limit switch is an enclosed compact limit switch designed for industrial automation position detection and travel protection. It adopts reinforced flame retardant plastic housing with excellent waterproof, oil-proof and dustproof performance (IP66), suitable for workshop environments with splashing water, oil mist and dust.
Built-in high-performance silver alloy contacts, SPDT 1NO+1NC contact configuration, rated up to 10A 250VAC. It delivers stable conductivity, low contact resistance and outstanding anti-arc performance. The hinge roller lever actuator features adjustable operation position, flexible trigger response and high repeat positioning accuracy.
Wide operating speed range from 0.01 mm/s to 50 cm/s, mechanical service life up to 10 million cycles. Operating temperature covers -10ºC ~ +80ºC, strong resistance to vibration and impact. Simple mounting structure, easy installation on machine tools, packaging machines, conveyor systems, lifting equipment and automated production lines.
This travel switch complies with IEC 60947-5-1 standard, CE and RoHS certified. It can replace D4MC-1000, TZ-7120 series for global OEM & machinery integration projects. Customization and bulk supply available.
