This spiral stud thyristor (SCR) is a high-power unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier with threaded bolt radiator mounting structure. It is equipped with high temperature resistant silicone insulated flexible copper cable, terminal lug for main cathode connection, and two thin signal wires for gate & anode trigger control.

The metal stud serves as the anode terminal, which can be directly locked to heat sink for efficient heat dissipation. Widely applied in DC power supply, plating rectifier, motor speed regulation, welding equipment, soft starter and industrial voltage regulation systems.

Spiral thread mounting design, easy assembly with heat sink, excellent thermal conductivity

High temperature resistant red silicone insulated cable, anti-aging & flexible bending

Independent gate trigger thin wires, stable signal control
